Who am I?

I am a smile,

I am a laugh,

I am crazy hair and big brown eyes

I am a thought, okay maybe two

I am a dream

That craves to come true

I am an aching for things gone wrong

And I am awaking,

Continually becoming strong

I am scars and battle wounds

I am a run,

I am a shore,

I am waves

Rushing evermore

I am tears that stream down tender skin

I am an embrace

I am always a chase

I am a puzzle

I am flawed

I am jagged rocks and cushioned paws

I am music in its every form

I am sunshine that tickles every pore

I am a dance that twirls and spins and never ends

I am moonshine that soothes the human soul

Who am I?

Those are details still in the making.

Until then, I know I am a smile and a laugh,

Of moments sincere that will always last,

I am excitement,

I am strength,

I am.
